Our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt if the product is in new and unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. We will credit you for the total purchase price less any applicable restocking fees and shipping/handling charges to and from our facility. Restocking fees are 15%.

If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 15% restock fee and any return shipping costs. The restock fee may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Customized orders can not be returned due to their uniqueness.
